Weight Loss: Belly Fat Struggle |
Posted: 23 Jul 2020 09:05 AM PDT I'm making a post in hopes that someone can give some advice or suggestions. I've been going to the gym pretty consistently since January and as much as I have noticed my body losing fat it seems like the hardest area to slim down is my core/belly. I eat pretty decently (switched to less meat/more veggies) and try to limit my drinking to once a week. Even though I have noticed my body gaining muscle, my core just hasn't slimmed down as much as I have wanted it to. Someone halp. [link] [comments] |
