I turned 27 yesterday and I woke up with the realization I have been living the last year and a half for today saying "When COVID is over i will get back to my routines and actually lose this weight" but now I'm getting weight related knee pain where even going up stairs hurts. At 4'11.5" and 220lbs my body said enough is enough.

If I do something even as small as walking for 30minutes a day along with CICO daily hopefully I will see some progress. Any advice or tips for success?

Relative beginner (3 mo in after like half year break) Like currently I go Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday Saturday….same lifting routine every time (3 x 10 curls 3 x 12 barbell chess press 3 x 10 leg press, crunches 3 x 10 shoulder press 3Xskull crushers)….should I be doing every other day because some days I'm struggling to get through the workout other days it's fine….just wondering
