    How to Lose Weight :(

    I'm an 18 years old dude from South Asia. I'm 5'10"-5'11" and Weigh 110KG or 242 lbs. (Height measured with scales not accurate but weight is accurate)
    I'm really in need of help. I wanna lose weight but only through diet, I never lost any weight.
    The highest amount of weight I lost was through Martial arts. I did Martial arts for every day for nearly 4 months and lost 15 KGs but then I got sick due to Dengue and gained 7 KG in a month.
    Afterwards, for time and other problems, I couldn't go to Martial arts since our country don't really have many M.Arts schools.
    I went to the Gym after some months and the lack of workouts they told me to do made me lose nothing (It just wasn't as fun as Martial arts no offence to anyone). Last week of 3 months membership I told myself I won't eat any Rice for a week and I lost 5KGs through no rice and workouts.
    Now in quarantine, I wanna lose weight but also since I'm 18 I really hope to be a little bit taller for myself since I like the 6 feet tall Martial Artist's bodies I see in YouTube and Movies.

    Did anyone go through weight loss or height gain who can have some suggestions How can I lose weight through diet and maybe less workout since it's quarantine?
    Also, if there's any diet or exercise routine or yoga or ANYTHING that will help me to lose weight and maybe gain height if Possible.
    I really need help Please help me :(
