| I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Posted: 01 Aug 2020 01:25 PM PDT For the past 6 weeks, I've started exercising for the first time. I workout 5 days a week, about 45 minutes at a time. I've also been working toward a calorie deficit (I have it calculated to lose 1.5 lbs a week) and although not perfect I often stay with 200 calories above me deficit (usually lower). I track EVERYTHING I eat and am careful to weigh and count portions to be as accurate as possible. So after all this exercise and calorie deficits, I've only lost a little less than 3 lbs. I feel like I should have lost more by now, I'm not quite sure what's happening or what I'm doing wrong. Any help/advice would be appreciated. [link] [comments] |
