| Posted: 05 Aug 2020 05:03 AM PDT Hey guys! I (18M) weighed slightly over 180 lb in June. I decided that I want to change my lifestyle and lose all that extra weight, so I started exercising daily and cutting out calories. I weighed 172 lb in the last week of July and 168 lb now. I was eating 1500-2000 calories during this entire process and I would like to get to 1000 for one week. I started two days ago and I am feeling great so far, I don't even feel hunger during the day, just in the night. I don't plan on doing this for a longer period than a week, but I still have to ask: Are there any risks to this practice? Will it help me lose those last bits of fat that I want to get rid of?
