    Need help on what I should eat, or what diet I could do

    This might be a little long so sorry about that but :

    , I'm 15 (170 pounds)and Ive gained around 30 pounds since the pandemic started (34 pounds in a year to be exact) and I wanted to start working out since summer break started. The last day of school I went home and asked my mom if she could buy me weights so I could start working out in the garage. I was never really motivated to lose weight, I'm lazy, and all I did was play videogames, eat, and sleep. I tried working out before but I worked out for a day, did my normal things and then stopped working out. Sooo , around a month and a half before school ended I started to wake up around 7 am and use my bike for at least 30 minutes every Morning(I did this for 2 weeks since finals were coming up) . I was always tired but I made sure not to overdo it. Fast forward the day before school ended I got weights so I could work on my arms. Since I stopped using my bike I became lazy again and wasn't really motivated but I officially workout for a whole week without giving up which was a really big thumbs up for me! Either way I checked my weight at the end of the week and I noticed I didn't lose a single bit of weight which obviously made me want to stop working out but I knew it was gonna take a while for me start to lose more weight the more I worked out. So the next day I wanted to use my bike again because I really wanted to workout my lower body , I used my bike at a pace of around of around 9.4 miles per hour for 20 minutes straight without stopping! Which I felt great about because before I used to go at a slower pace of around 4 miles per hour every 5 minutes because I kept getting exhausted. In conclusion ive seen that my stamina has increased from the effort I put in which really excited me ! But even after all that I haven't lost a single bit of weight and I would absolutely love if someone can give me some sort of diet , or what I should eat to lose about 1-2 pounds fat per week. Anything is helpful!!!

    Suggestions for best meal prep apps

    Hey there! I was wondering what meal prep apps you guys are using/reccomend for weight loss. With my busy schedule having a meal prep app that puts together my shopping list and plans my meals for me would be amazing! I am wondering if there are any stand out apps that you guys reccomend! Thanks!!
