Beginner Fitness: Fast Metabolism |
Posted: 10 Jun 2021 10:58 PM PDT Hey all, I'm trying to get into working out. But the problem is that I have a very fast metabolism and it's hard to gain weight, I'm probably around 105 lbs and 5'5-5'6ish (yes, I'm tiny). I work at a grocery store and push carts, I have a small abs outline from that I believe. Considering I never workout besides pushing carts. My goal is to gain pounds and gain more muscles.
