Shift work and problem healthy lifestyle. Is this just in my head?

So, i've noticed that my job has a very big impact on my lifestyle. The food i'm eating, the fact that my sleep schedule is just fucked up a lot of times, eating at night, way less energy and motivation in general because i put it all in my job. So, i am working on 3 shifts. I noticed, whenever i go home from the afternoon one (current week) , i don't have much time for shopping. So whenever i'm in store, (i'm tired and in bad mood a lot of times) ,i'll just buy some frozen junk food, and alcohol, which helps me unwind and fall asleep faster. I don't have much choice either, bacuse it's a small supermarket, and i'm buying everything out of habit, always going through the same aisles, grabbing the same unhealthy food etc. On night shifts, after sleeping for half a day i usually don't feel like working out at all. Feeling groggy and overall weird, eating something like pizza or burgers instantly improving my mood. It's usually very chill and lazy day. Spending the rest of it in bed, watching youtube. It's like, i want to spend that day as lazy, and pleasantly as i can, knowing what's waiting for me at night. It's not even that i don't like my job. I'm just depressed by the thought that i'm going to be there for 8 hours, away from home, so i'm trying to make it up for myself as much as i can when i'm finally home. Too bad i'm doing it in unhealthy way, but i don't have many options and time. Anyone else feel like this as well? Any advice? Sorry for my english.
