| I want to get healthy by starting drinking more water first Posted: 25 Apr 2020 07:04 AM PDT I started drinking water and the more I drink, the more I think it's not bad than I first started. You know feel like "eeww no taste and etc". Especially during covid, I've been drinking too often i think because constantly feel like I need to pee. So how often should i drink if I don't work out or anything? I'm a guy 90kg. 3L a day right? So how often? Btw I want to use the drink water app but they asking my wake up/bed time.
