| Posted: 29 Mar 2020 03:23 PM PDT hello all! i'm a 5'3 overweight 17 year old girl and i currently weight 178( according to the last time i checked, might weight more now). all my life i have been fat and i have always wanted to be healthier. the problem is my diet and also the way i perceive myself i believe. i live with my mom and her boyfriend and the kitchen is mainly junk foods and fatty foods. i have no resources to healthy food and no access to a gym. i also have a problem with overeating. sometimes i just can't help it, even if i'm full i eat even if i don't want to. i have tried multiple times to be healthy but in the end i don't go through with it for some reason. i was wondering if anyone could give me any advice or a push into the right direction? thank you in advance!
