Weight Loss: Need help losing weight |
| Posted: 29 May 2021 08:03 PM PDT So I'm 15 years old 5,9 and weight 170 and I'm overweight ,I don't run, play with friends ( since I don't have any besides 1 that lives around 30 min away) , and I just stay home watch YouTube eat, and play videogames, I've gained around 30 pounds since the pandemic started and I see now that I need some help or it might get worse . So anyway it's going to become summer soon and want to start to lose weight , I'm very lazy and I'm not very motivated to lose weight, is there any tips you guys can give me for me to be motivated to lose weight? Some different types of diets I can do, Exercises, and other things would be appreciated! [link] [comments] |
