    Having a crash day

    Posted: 28 Apr 2021 09:59 AM PDT

I've been following the recommended routine since February. It's done wonders for me. My dieting has always held me back though as I have a sweet tooth. I've about a week ago I started cutting lots of refined sugar from my diet. Where I usually would have something sweet most days (my college serves sweet snacks between the beginning and our lunch) I have been restraining myself, with relative success.

Anyway today I've been notably busy, instead of working out on a Wednesday as usual, I just crashed. I know if I work out, I'll half ass it and it won't be enjoyable, despite everything in my body wanting to work out as I feel I might lose progress.

TL:DR If I miss my workout because I crash due to exhaustion, should I workout the following day, or continue my routine as if nothing occured?

    Calisthenics at the gym.

    Posted: 28 Apr 2021 01:06 PM PDT

I've decided I want to get into Calisthenics to test myself. But I'm trying to make or find a good workout plan that I can use at the local gym I go to. Unfortunately the gym I go to doesn't have a lot of stuff that you would see in a Calisthenics gym, it has a pull up bar and that's about it really everything else is just weight machines, cables etc. It does have an area for doing ab workouts and body workouts. So I'm wondering is it possible to mix both Calisthenics and weight training and what's a good workout plan to follow?

    Loose neck skin under chin

    Posted: 28 Apr 2021 12:59 PM PDT

Hi I've been searching the internet for an answer and I can't seam to find anything addressing my problem. I have extra skin underneath my chin giving me a round face and a very under defined jaw line. Everywhere I look on the internet the causes r from being to fat or from recently losing too much fat, but I have single digit body fat and have been below at least 13% for the last 10 years(I'm big into wrestling so my numbers might not be exact but cutting weight and having my body fat checked is normal for me) is there anything I can do to tighten up the skin under my chin?

Gobeast / pullup mate 30 kg max weight discrepancy

    Posted: 25 Apr 2021 04:29 AM PDT

The Gobeast and Pullup Mate are two different labels for the same product. The GoBeast lists its max weight at "300lbs/150kg" compared to the pullup mate's 120 kgs (265 lbs) or the pullup mate 2's 150 kgs (330 lbs). Common sense indicates to only trust the lower of the two, but I just thought I'd see id anyone else thought it was interesting.

    Gobeast: https://go-beast.com/product/pull-up-dip-station/

"#4. Big Guys, Big Girls, Don't sweat we got you all too, the machine has a max user weight of 300lbs/150kg. If you're bigger than that then sorry you need a fixed machine not a portable 1, but we hope to see you back here soon"

    Pullup Mate: https://www.pullupmate.com/original-pull-up-mate.html

    "Maximum User Weight: 120 kgs"

    Pullup Mate 2: https://www.pullupmate.co.uk/pull-up-mate-two.html

    "Maximum User Weight: 150 kgs"
