| Posted: 15 Aug 2020 07:27 PM PDT Hey everyone looking to loose weight 20-25 pounds. Lifted weight wrong and looking to loose some muscle that i don't want anymore i know that sounds funny. Current weight 145 looking to get 125 in a healthy way. I cut down from 170 lowest was 134 but want to stabilize at 125 thanks for reading have goals for the future need to achieve this first.
