[Post-lockdown!] Directory of 100% free live fitness classes online

Hi! Being stuck at home during lockdown, I started getting hooked on live fitness channels on Instagram and Facebook, that I could follow from home.

I loved initiative like the shared google doc from u/loveforall13 (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1htmdyHVksq3xxWRNW74Sw6_URCtke6Dh27lb8aHjQSw/) and for a post-lockdown world where not all gyms maintain their free online classes, I made a directory that would display all the classes I could find online, and neatly organize them in a calendar. Here's what I made: www.bonafy.co.

I figured this sub might be interested! Let me know if you think of ways I could improve it.

    Cheers!

    I'm hungry

All the time. I went from 255 to 191 in a year. Now I'm back up to 195-197 lately. I just want to binge every day. I started intermittent fasting in January and went from 218 to 191. I'm still kind of doing it but I find myself saying "I'm struggling right now, so eat". I'm really not struggling though and it's just an excuse to eat.

I eat from 12pm to 6pm. I find myself eating earlier or later. I'm also eating large amounts of food when I can eat.

Any good books to read or how to obtain some self control?!? I had it once before and I lost it somewhere along the way.

I really like intermitting fasting and no I won't buy any products to help me lose weight.

    I'm fat-ish!

It's official, well has been official for years, but I've come to the realization that changes must be made. Im 30 years old, 73inches tall and weigh 260 pounds. I have lower testosterone, high blood pressure, pre diabetic, and depression stuff from my Army days. I want to lose weight, want to be around 200. I dont want to go back to my 180 days, I was "skinny jacked" when I served. I recently bought a bench with three hundred pounds in weights. It also has the leg raiser attachment along with the poles to hold up the barbell for squats. I live in the middle of nowhere, so I can run too. The problem is, finding the motivation. Im not using my young kids as an excuse or anything, but I dont know where to start. I want to be in shape, dont need to be ripped or anything, but i suck at major dieting. Any tips, programs, or regimen that works would be appreciated.
