Posted: 30 Jun 2020 11:21 AM PDT Hi, so I started working out, I calculated my calories and I should get 2233 kcal - 2433 to stay on my weight. But I wanna loose weight. I started boxing and I wanna do HIIT cardio boxing, I tried running but I dont like it so much. Then I dont know what should I eat, I ate cottage cheese, fish from can, oatmeal,eggs Idk.
