I am a 28 year old female, weigh 230lbs (heaviest in my life), and I have no clue as to how to lose the weight successfully.

I have tried Keto (low carb) religiously, portioning my plate, tracking what I eat, stopped drinking anything but water, intermittent fasting, the size and number of meals in my day. Just about everything in the dieting world where I am not buying protein shakes and pills, I have done.

My motivation is so small that anytime I have started doing at home workout programs, I am not following through the next day and so on. Not even with having to be held accountable with someone.

In fact, I have worked out at a gym, doing the bike, treadmill, rowing machine, and stair climber for about 30-45 minutes 2-3 times in the week, for about 3-4 months. That, with healthier eating habits, did absolutely nothing. The only reason this happened is bc my husband was going and I said I was too. But this isn't possible anymore as we are in a different state and his schedule doesn't allow it to happen anymore.

I would see a nutritionist or hire a personal trainer, but our insurance doesn't cover it nor do we have the income to do so.

I am willing to try anything at this point, as long as it is not drinking shakes or going to the gym. Feel more comfortable at home right now. So please, if you were me and have some ideas to share, I am all ears.

Side note I am looking at BeachBody on Demand, but not sure if it is worth the money, nor if we can afford. But please mention if it worked for you and how/what you did and/or still do.
