| How can I control my eating habits? Posted: 20 Apr 2020 04:36 AM PDT Im 15 and Im over weight currently at 243 lb.....maybe even obese. I've been starting to be more motivated than ever to loose weight. I play two sports both in varsity and I want to control my eating habits. Normally throughout the day I get really hungry weather it's after school,after practice,or before bed and I literally find the most unhealthy things to eat I just go for it and eat it,that's mainly the reason of why I am like I am built today I'm tired of looking myself in the mirror and not looking at any type of progress and it just makes me mad. That's why I want to change what I look like and throughout quarantine I can't really do anything but look at the person I hate in the mirror. My only motivation is the fat me that makes me more determined than ever. It's definitely time for a change my goal is to get at 180 lbs. how can I control what's been taking me over, how can I overcome the habit of overeating and mistreating myself by giving my body all of this unnecessary junk?
