Weight Loss: Curbing sugar cravings |
| Posted: 21 Apr 2020 10:46 PM PDT Hello! I just recently realized how addicted to sugar I am. I have a massive sweet tooth. I crave something sweet literally every day after every meal. I know sugar can be extremely addictive, and I'm hoping to stop myself from eating it so much. Are there any "sweet" treats that are more healthy? I really like most fruits and berries, as well as freeze dried strawberries and bananas so I was going to start there. Are there any recipes you like? I'm allergic to nuts so nothing with peanuts or tree nuts. [link] [comments] |
