Weight Loss: How do I start losing weight? |
| Posted: 18 Mar 2020 02:11 PM PDT I've always wanted to lose weight, but I've never had the energy to get up and actually try. I'd like to lose weight all over. From my thighs, to my torso. But I just don't know how to go about it all. I don't know what diets to do, or what exercises to do. Another issue is procrastination. I always say I'm gonna do stuff, and then I don't. And when I try setting alarms, I usually just snooze/dismiss them and forget them. How do I force myself to get up and exercise. And how do I exercise showing restraint when it comes to fast food/snacks? [link] [comments] |
