15 year old male looking for healthy ways to lose weight Posted: 10 May 2020 01:37 PM PDT Because of inactivity during corona, I've gained some extra weight that I want to get rid of. I measured myself some days ago at around 85kg and I am 178cm tall. I'm not super fat, but I do have some belly fat, a portion of man boobs but it isn't really noticeable. Friends and family say I'm not really fat but very solidly built (which definetly is true). Now I want to come in shape and I have set a goal to reduce my weight down to 70kg. I often ride my bicycle, and now when school is opening again I will ride it every day except winter (because i live in norway and 5 kilometers away from mo school. I have found a weight loss app with really good ratings that do have programs for different settings. I chose intermediate since I'm no stranger to activities. The plan is also to do hiking 1 time every week at some local mountains and peaks. I probably will jog every now and then too. Do y'all have any advice? I'd be really happy if I got some. If the weight loss is successful I will do more training like building muscle mass. If y'all need it I may toss in a pic of my body shape too so yall can see what I mean what my body is like.
