| I’m m27 325 lbs active need help calories Posted: 05 Jun 2020 03:45 AM PDT So I'm all for loosing weight. I just don't know where to start. I'm a mall security officer. I'm 27 and 320lbs. Been here from when I was 17 same weight. I needed to know how many calories I should eat and how many times a day. Normally I eat a fair bit but I only eat once a day. I will eat about 6 cups of rice for dinner. So it's 1200 calories roughly. But I've set about 200$ aside for food idk where to even start? Any help would be appreciated. P.s. I was homeschooled so my education on nutrition is basically eat your veggies and meat stay away from sugars and carbs... said the man who eats 6 cups of rice a day. Thanks in advance.
