Weight Loss: Tips for waking up earlier/overweight fatigue |
| Tips for waking up earlier/overweight fatigue Posted: 23 Sep 2019 10:02 AM PDT so, im pretty overweight. 5'5 and weight 221lb. I have only lost 2lbs so far with calorie deficit (not unhealthy defecit, sticking to about 1400-1600 calories per my doc) I prefer to lose slow so i can avoid major skin issues. anyways, i find it hard to fit exercise in my daily routine with 2 kids and a before/after school activities. I want to be able to get up early enough to actually fix myself a healthy breakfast and lunch, and maybe even go for a walk. My issue is that i am tired ALL of the time. Regardless of when i go to sleep! I get 8hrs of sleep, im tired. 10 hours-im tired i mean ive tried 6 hours, 7 hours etc to see if maybe I am just getting too much sleep for my body but no matter what, I am sluggish all day which i feel is really putting me in a funk to lose weight. Is anyone going through this? do you have any tips to maybe feel less tired, or tips to waking up earlier to get stuff done with out feeling like a zombie? everynight i motivate myself like ok tomorrow is the day and that day just never comes LOL i just need some tips from real people struggling the same way i am.
